They also had to add new features to keep pace with the changing needs of the healthcare industry, which meant integrating different tools and systems into their platform. This required a flexible and secure solution that could grow with the industry’s demands while making sure patient data stayed safe and easily accessible.

The technical setup included AWS services for a secure, scalable environment, encryption to protect patient data, and modern technologies like React and Node.js to process data in real time.
